Privacy Policy
At Omni Seller Commerce LLC, we take your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we collect when you use our website, how we use and protect that information, and your rights regarding your personal data.
Scope and who we are
Omni Seller Commerce LLC ("Omni Seller," "we," "us") is a marketplace services agency registered in Wyoming. We help brands sell on third-party retail marketplaces, and we provide Omni Seller Constellation, a reporting and analysis service for our clients. This policy explains how we handle personal information in three settings: visitors to omniseller.co, business contacts we correspond with, and data we process for client brands. Where a client's agreement with us covers client data, that agreement controls.
Information we collect through the website
We collect what you send us through our contact form, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and message. If you book a consultation through our scheduling tool, we also receive the details you enter there. We use this information to respond to you, schedule conversations, and assess whether we are a fit for your business. We also collect technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you. We use it to understand traffic and improve the site. We do not sell products through this website and do not collect payment card information here.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to measure site traffic. Our analytics provider, Google Analytics, collects usage information on our behalf and reports it to us in aggregate. We use the Google Ads tag to measure our advertising and may use it to show our ads to people who have visited our site. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized ads through Google's My Ad Center (myadcenter.google.com). You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because no common standard for them exists.
Email communications and newsletter
We keep business contact details, such as name, title, company, email address, and phone number, for clients, partners, and prospects we have worked or corresponded with. We use them to communicate about current and prospective work. We send a periodic newsletter to these business contacts about marketplace developments and our services. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed. We do not sell or rent our contact list.
Omni Seller Constellation
Omni Seller Constellation delivers reports to clients through a secure login. We activate Constellation only for clients that have authorized it in writing, in their service agreement or an addendum to it.
Client data we process on behalf of brands
To deliver our services, we access the sales channel data a client authorizes. This includes sales, returns, inventory, pricing, listing, advertising, and channel fee data from marketplaces and platforms such as Amazon, Target Plus, Nordstrom, and Shopify. We process client data on the client's behalf, under the terms of its service agreement. We use it only to provide and support our services to that client, and for the aggregated uses described below where the client's agreement permits them. We may use analytical and AI tools to process client data, operated by us or by service providers acting on our behalf. Client data is not used to train third-party AI models. We do not sell client data, and we do not share one client's data with another client.
Marketplace data and shopper information
We access marketplace data only through channels a client has authorized, such as marketplace APIs, seller accounts, and integration platforms the client contracts with directly. We follow each marketplace's developer and data protection terms, including Amazon's Selling Partner API policies. Marketplace data can include personal information about shoppers who buy from our clients, such as names and shipping addresses. We use shopper information only to fulfill orders or meet legal and tax requirements, and within any narrower limits a marketplace sets. We never use it for marketing and never share it outside the client relationship. Our reports, including Constellation, do not identify individual shoppers.
Aggregated and de-identified information
Where a client's agreement permits, we combine de-identified data across clients into aggregate benchmarks and insights, such as channel-level performance trends. Aggregate information does not identify any client, shopper, or individual, and we do not attempt to re-identify it. We use aggregate insights to improve our services and in our broader work with marketplace and retail partners. We follow each marketplace's terms on how its data may be used, including in aggregate form.
Service providers and other disclosures
We use a limited set of service providers to run our business. They process information on our behalf, under our instructions, and may not use it for their own purposes. They fall into these categories: Cloud hosting and data infrastructure, Analytical and AI tools that help us analyze data and prepare reports, Advertising management platforms, Website analytics, form handling, and scheduling tools, Email, newsletter, and contact management tools. We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or others' safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Security and retention
We protect information with access controls, encrypted connections, and limits on who can see client data. Only team members who need client data for their work can access it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep website and business contact information while it is useful to our relationship or as the law requires. We keep client data for the term of the client's agreement, then delete or return it as that agreement specifies, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. If a security incident affects client data, we notify affected clients as the law and our agreements require.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing us (email listed below). We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights. If your information reached us as part of a client's data, we will refer your request to that client, since the client controls that data. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time through the link in any issue.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new policy on our website and update the date at the bottom of this page. We encourage you to review this policy regularly to stay informed about our privacy practices.
